How to get help with care, orders or bookings

If your hair feels dry, toner is fading quickly or you’re unsure about care between colour sessions, let us know through our contact form. Tell us which Fair Hair Studio product you’re using, your city, and roughly when you last had your hair coloured or highlighted in a salon. If you have a photo of your hair in natural daylight, it helps Ms Zama Molapo or our care team advise you faster.

For order questions, courier updates, or to book a care review appointment at Kramerville or one of our mall showroom bays, please send us a message with your order number or preferred location. Our team is based in Gauteng and replies during normal business hours. We can also help with travel refill kits or tips on protecting blonde hair from water, sun or pool.

Returns, travel refills and what to include in your message

If you need to arrange a return or exchange, or your order has arrived with a problem, please send us a message describing the issue and include clear photos taken in daylight. The Consumer Protection Act protects your rights on returns and defective goods, and we handle these from our Sunnyrock dispatch.

For travel sizes, colour bridge kits or refilling during trips, ask which options are available for your next city. If you book a care review or need a quick check at a showroom, mention your preferred location and any symptoms or issues with your hair. We’ll guide you on the next steps and book an appointment if needed.
