Showroom booking

Book your appointment at our Kramerville studio or one of our mall showroom bays to get practical, expert care for blonde or lightened hair. Appointments are by booking only.

Answers to common showroom booking questions

All Fair Hair Studio appointments are by booking only. This applies to our main care studio in Kramerville, Sandton, as well as our beauty bays in Rosebank, Menlyn, Brooklyn, Canal Walk, V&A Waterfront, Tyger Valley and Gateway. We work alongside salons, so our studios don’t bleach or colour hair: we focus on helping your colour last and keeping lightened hair soft between salon visits.

If you want to try a product, get a care review or ask about your hair routine, you’ll need to book in advance as we set appointments to avoid crowding and let each person spend proper time with our team. We often get asked about walk-ins, but these aren’t possible at present. You can always reach us using our contact form to start your booking or care question.

What to send when you book an appointment

A little preparation helps us match you to the right care review or product testers. Please send us your city, which studio or mall bay you want to visit, and a short note about what you’d like to focus on: for example, if you’re after a colour check, need a product match, or want to talk about caring for lightened lengths at home.

If you have a recent photo of your hair or a care checklist, you can attach it to help our team see your current status. There’s no need to write long stories, three lines of info is enough for us to get started.

  • Your city and preferred studio or mall bay
  • A recent photo of your hair (optional)
  • What you’d like to discuss or try
  • Any key details, like last colour date or products you use

What happens after you share your hair notes

Once you send us a message using our contact form, our team will reply to help you shape your appointment or answer your question. If we need more detail, we’ll ask you for it so that the care review is as useful as possible. Sometimes people forget to tell us their city or which mall they want, so please double check before sending.

For returns, the Consumer Protection Act covers faulty or defective products. Opened products can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are found to be faulty. If you have a product issue, let us know the product name and what happened, so we can help you sort it out.

Book a blonde care visit

For appointments at our Kramerville, Sandton studio or any Fair Hair Studio mall bay, start with our contact form and tell us which location suits you. Include your city, a brief note on your blonde or lightened hair, and whether you want a colour check, product matching, or advice for softer lengths between salon visits. A recent photo can help the team prepare for your booking at Rosebank, Menlyn, Brooklyn, Canal Walk, V&A Waterfront, Tyger Valley or Gateway.
