Roles we hire for in our studio and showrooms
Our core roles include care reviewers with a trade qualification in hairdressing, mall showroom hosts, dispatch and courier packing at our Sunnyrock base, and writers who develop our hair-care notes. Showroom hosts welcome clients to our appointment-only mall bays, guide them through our care range and answer their questions about blonde upkeep.
Care reviewers run one-on-one care reviews at our Kramerville studio and support staff training in lightened hair care. Dispatch and courier roles make sure orders leave Sunnyrock promptly and are packed carefully for safe delivery. Our writers produce clear, factual guides for clients and stylists on how to care for lightened, highlighted and fair hair between salon visits.

What we value in stylists and studio staff
For roles in care reviews or training, we look for a South African trade qualification in hairdressing or clear experience in a professional salon environment. Showroom hosts need patience, a warm manner with both new and regular clients, and good knowledge of fair or lightened hair care.
Writers must be able to explain hair-care steps in plain, practical English and avoid overclaiming. All roles need attention to detail, reliability in following routines, and the ability to work from the city you name in your application. If dispatch is your strength, you will need to handle careful packing and prepare parcels for courier collection.
