Shipping and lead times
Every Fair Hair Studio order is prepared at our Sunnyrock dispatch for courier delivery or collection at one of our showrooms. We focus on safe packaging and clear care instructions for every kit.
How shipping works for your care kit
We prepare and send all Fair Hair Studio orders from our dispatch at Sunnyrock, Germiston, using established South African couriers for delivery to cities, towns and rural addresses. You can also arrange to collect at any of our seven mall showroom bays or at the Kramerville studio in Joburg. Let us know your preferred spot on our contact form and we will confirm when your kit is ready.
Each order is packed by hand with protective wrap, leak-proof seals and a second layer to guard your care bottles against heat and breakage. Travel sizes are under 100 ml to meet airline rules and may be sent separately if combined with larger bottles, but we will update you if this applies.
Lead times and delivery checks
Once your order is confirmed, our team will give you a current lead time based on your address, kit and stock status. Most kits leave Sunnyrock within a few working days, but we keep you updated if there is a delay, a split shipment or a new delivery address.
When your delivery arrives, please check that each bottle is sealed tight, with no leaks or breakage, and that all your items are included. If you spot any issues on arrival, send us a message with photos through our contact form so we can help.

Storing and travelling with your blonde care
Keep your care products away from heat and direct Highveld or coastal sun, especially in the car or next to windows. High temperatures can affect texture and scent, so store your bottles upright in a cool, dry place.
Travel bottles under 100 ml are flight-friendly and fit easily into a cabin cosmetics bag. Always secure caps and consider an extra zip bag for local flights, as pressure changes can cause small leaks.
Collection points and delivery updates
For collection at Kramerville, Sandton, use our contact form to note the studio or showroom bay that suits you. We prepare each kit at Sunnyrock, Germiston, then confirm collection once the stock check and packing are complete. If your order includes travel sizes under 100 ml with larger bottles, those items may be packed separately and reflected on the handover details.
