We use these details to answer your questions, help with hair care or bookings, arrange deliveries, and for follow-up if you ask about your hair or orders.
Who sees your information and how it is kept
Your information is only shared with our own team and, if you need a delivery, the courier company, just what is needed to get your order to you. We do not sell or give your details to anyone else.
Photos you send are kept private and are never published or used in marketing unless you give us clear written consent. Your personal details are stored securely using the systems we need to run our studio and arrange courier deliveries.
How long we keep your information
We keep your details for as long as we are helping you with care advice, bookings or deliveries. After that, we only keep what we need to meet legal or accounting requirements.
If you want us to delete your messages, you can ask at any time. We will remove your personal information unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.

POPIA and client information
Through our contact form, Fair Hair Studio receives the details you choose to send for hair advice, bookings, deliveries, or product questions. This can include your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and any notes or photos about your blonde care routine or colour concerns. We keep that information in the working systems used to run the studio in Kramerville, Sandton and to arrange courier deliveries within South Africa. If you want your messages or images removed, you can ask us to delete them unless we must retain certain records for legal or accounting reasons.
