What to expect at your care review appointment

Every care review starts with a look at your hair under real daylight, so we can see its true tone and feel its texture. We chat through your colour history, what you struggle with between salon visits, and what you want to improve, whether it’s keeping your blonde cool, fighting dryness, or getting more time out of your toner.

You’ll get to try our full care range in person. We show you how to use each product on your own lengths, whether it’s how much Bond Soft Serum to use after your last lightening, or how to apply the Sun Shield Mist before heading into the Highveld sun. We write up a care plan with product timings, habits, and tips for your exact hair, which you take home after your review.

How to prepare and book your review

To get the best advice, come with your hair down and clean, styled as you normally wear it, but with no heavy oils or styling sprays in the lengths that day. Bring a photo of your hair just after your last salon appointment, if you have one. If you swim, use borehole water, or spend a lot of time outdoors, let us know.
