Coming prepared helps us give you the best advice. Bring a few things with you to your Gateway care review so we can see your hair’s real story and routine. Photos in natural daylight are a big help, showing your hair’s colour and condition clearly.
If you bring the products you use now, or photos of the bottles, we can check how they fit with your needs. Please tell us when you last had your hair coloured or lightened, and any upcoming event dates like a work function or matric dance. That way, we can plan your care steps around your goals.
