The Mist reapply card is designed to be clear at a glance, with three cue times: morning (first styling or after washing), midday (around lunch, between 11:00 and 15:00, when UV peaks), and late afternoon (before outdoor activities or the drive home).
You can print it out and pin it near your mirror, or save it on your phone next to your care notes. Each section has a tick box or space to jot the day’s weather and your planned outdoor time. That way, you can adjust if it’s a cloudy day or if you are mostly indoors. High humidity, strong wind or a hat are also noted, to remind you when extra mist or a quick restyle might help.

How to use the card over a month
