How to use Silk Repair Mask at home
After washing with Blonde Wash Soft, squeeze out extra water, then bowl out a walnut-sized amount of Silk Repair Mask. Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to work it through the mid-lengths and ends. Start with less if your hair is fine or short, add more if needed, but never coat the roots.
Leave it for 3 to 8 minutes, then rinse well until the water runs clear. For best results, do this once a week or after a salon colour service. If you want extra slip or protection from friction, finish with a drop or two of Length Oil warmed in your palms before drying.
For those on the Highveld, use the mask after a week of dry winter air or after sun exposure. In Cape Town or coastal areas, it helps soften hair after wind or salt. Gloves are not needed for this step.
